It is our pleasure to welcome you to the virtual world of Aisby & Company. As you will see by looking through our website, we see ourselves, and are seen by others, as a small but creative/entrepreneurial /innovative but commercial business advisory and support organisation.

We are unusual, if not unique in the combination of expertise, experience, know-how and intellectual capability of our people. We have plenty of mature and very experienced individuals yet they are working alongside broad based but younger people with good work and academic backgrounds. It is interesting that in one of our spheres of operation - the Middle East - experience, and lots of it, is seen as a real attribute, provided of course that the specific individuals keep themselves right up to date in terms of business thinking and methods. Rest assured that we are and we do!

Aisby operates through two main operating Divisions:

• a strategic consulting and advisory service, trading under the Aisby brand,
• a pricing and margin management practice and support service, operating under the Margin² brand

The Divisions are operated independently; however, clients can be assured there is open communication channels between them. There will be no need for re-briefing should there be logic in accessing the knowledge bases contained in the other part of the business. After all, good pricing strategies are totally dependent on good business strategies and vice-versa.

Aisby is based in the UK but works around the World including the Middle East and the United States.
